Trust & Safety

Last updated: May 16, 2025

Blabble connects real people through live video. That carries real responsibility. This page explains the rules that apply to everyone on the platform, what happens when they are broken, and how to get help if something goes wrong.

1. Who can use Blabble

Blabble is strictly for users who are 18 years of age or older. By creating an account or joining a session, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

We do not knowingly allow minors on the platform. If we become aware that an account belongs to someone under 18, we will immediately terminate it and delete associated data. If you believe a minor is using the platform, please report it to reiss.yuval@gmail.com.

2. What is not allowed

The following behaviour will result in immediate enforcement action, up to and including a permanent ban and referral to law enforcement:

  • Sexual content involving minors (CSAM): Any sexualised content, real or simulated, involving anyone under 18. We will report this to law enforcement and the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) immediately.
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery: Sharing or threatening to share private sexual images of another person.
  • Harassment and threats: Targeted abuse, threats of violence, stalking, or hate speech based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin.
  • Doxxing: Sharing another person's private information (address, phone number, workplace, etc.) without their consent.
  • Impersonation: Pretending to be another person, brand, or public figure in a way that is misleading.
  • Scams and fraud: Attempting to deceive users for financial gain or to obtain personal information.
  • Recording without consent: Recording or screenshotting another user during a session without their explicit knowledge and consent. You may not share, upload, or distribute recordings of other users under any circumstances.

3. How to report

Every session has an in-session report button. Use it. When you file a report:

  • A still image of the session may be captured as evidence.
  • The report is queued immediately for review by our moderation team.
  • The reported user's IP address is logged alongside the report.
  • Three reports against the same user within seven days triggers an automatic temporary ban pending review.

For urgent matters outside of a session — including CSAM, ongoing threats, or emergency situations — email us directly at reiss.yuval@gmail.com.

4. How we enforce

ActionWhen it applies
WarningFirst or minor offence. Account remains active.
Temporary ban (7d)Confirmed harassment, nudity, or spam.
Temporary ban (30d)Repeat offences or serious misconduct.
Permanent banSevere violations, CSAM, doxxing, or repeated serious offences.
Law enforcement referralAny content that may constitute a crime, particularly CSAM or credible threats of violence.

Enforcement decisions are at our sole discretion. We do not debate verdicts in session chat or on social media — please use the contact email.

5. Appeals

If you believe your account was actioned in error, email reiss.yuval@gmail.com with:

  • The email address associated with your account.
  • A brief explanation of why you believe the action was incorrect.
  • Any context you think is relevant.

We aim to respond to appeals within 5 business days. Appeals for permanent bans related to CSAM will not be entertained.

6. Law enforcement requests

Blabble cooperates with lawful requests from law enforcement agencies. We retain the following data and can produce it in response to a valid legal process:

  • Account registration data (email, name, creation timestamp).
  • IP addresses associated with sessions and reports.
  • Report records, including captured session screenshots retained for up to 7 days.
  • Audit logs of moderation actions.

All law enforcement requests should be directed to: reiss.yuval@gmail.com. Emergency requests (imminent risk to life) will be handled as priority.

We will notify users of requests for their data unless prohibited from doing so by law or court order.

7. Transparency

We intend to publish a transparency report covering enforcement actions, report volumes, and law enforcement requests on a quarterly basis once the platform reaches sufficient scale. This page will be updated when that reporting begins.
